Isla Vista - How to Apply


It's that time again! It's time to start searching for that perfect place to live for 2018-2019!

  • Our current residents have until January 18th to renew their lease.
  • All remaining units become available to the public on January 19th — Open Market!
  • We have both June and September 12-month leases available.
  • If you are not able to view an apartment on your own, please contact us to set an appointment for a viewing.
  • Application Process
    • We're accepting applications NOW for all of the units on our list.
    • You will need to apply online. Online rental applications are available here and guarantor forms are available here.
    • Please list which units you are applying for in order of preference on your online application and add your roommate's names on your application so we can merge your group.
    • You will need to complete an online rental application for yourself, an have your guarantor complete the Third Party Guarantee form. We will accept faxed notarized Third Party Guarantee. PLEASE INCLUDE THE RESIDENT'S NAME IN THE BOX AT THE TOP OF THE FORM
    • There is a $25.00 processing fee for each online rental application. (This fee is non-refundable). Your application is good for 30 days.
    • You will need to submit 1 completed online rental application and 1 (matching) completed Third Party Guarantee form per bedroom to begin the application process.The Guarantee application is at no cost to the Guarantor.
    • Any missing paperwork from ALL roommates and/or security deposit must be received within two weeks of signing the lease.
    • The application process usually takes 1 to 2 working days to complete.
    • No exceptions will be made. Only completed applications will be accepted and processed.
    • Once the application is approved, the group's designated contact person will be notified and someone from your group must contact our office within 24 hours to set up an appointment to sign the lease.
    • The lease signing date must be within 3 days of being approved.
    • A Security Deposit of 1 month's rent plus $200 is required at the lease signing. This payment will only be accepted in the form of a cashier’s check or money order - NO cash, personal checks, debit or credit cards accepted at this time
