 PROSPECTIVE TENANTS

Third Party Guarantor Form

Used by applicants who do not meet our income requirements. This form must be NOTARIZED before it will be accepted. For more information, refer to our Rental Policies.


Month to Month Lease Agreement

This is our Month-to-Month Agreement, and is subject to change. This form is to be used as a reference for current and prospective tenants and guarantors.

Move-In Packet

This is our standard move-in packet that is given to each unit when the tenants pick up their keys.


Inventory Condition Report

This ICR is very important. It needs to be filled out, in detail, and returned to a Meridian Group office within three days of the tenant receiving keys to their unit.


Sublease Form

For current tenants who are looking to sublease their unit for a specified period of time. This form must be completed and signed by all current tenants and prospective subleasee. There is a $50 fee per sublease.


Security Deposit Release Form

For current tenants who are in a month-to-month rental and are looking to move out. You must provide us and your roommates with 30-days written notice. This form must be completed and signed by all current tenants to be accepted. This form should be used to determine how the security deposit will be handled.


Lease Assignment Form

For current tenants who are looking to move out and assign their portion of the lease. This form must be completed and signed by all current tenants and prospective tenants to be accepted. This form should be used to determine how the security deposit will be handled. There is a $250 fee per Lease Assignment.


Forwarding Address

For current tenants who are going to move out. Please complete and return this form to our office at least 30-days before you are planning on vacating the unit.
