Tenant Web Access
Please read the TWA Form to obtain information on how to create your Tenant Web Access account.
Move-In Packet
This is our Standard Move-in Packet that is given to each unit when the tenants pick up their keys.
Inventory Condition Report
This ICR is very important. Please complete the form ONLINE through the link you will receive after moving in within 5 days and save a copy for your records. Any observed plumbing or appliance issues should be immediately reported as a maintenance request through your tenant portal.
Sublease Form
For current tenants who are looking to sublease their unit for a specified period of time. The Sublease Form must be completed and signed by all current tenants and the prospective sublessee. There is a $50 fee per sublease.
Security Deposit Release Form
For current tenants who are in a month-to-month rental and are looking to move out. You must provide us and your roommates with 30-days written notice. The Security Deposit Release form must be completed and signed by all current tenants to be accepted. The Security Deposit Release form should be used to determine how the security deposit will be handled as well as any other fees.
Lease Assignment Form
For current tenants who are looking to move out and assign their portion of the lease. The Lease Assignment Form must be completed and signed by all current tenants and prospective tenants to be accepted. The Lease Assignment form should be used to determine how the security deposit will be handled along with any other fees. There is a $250 fee per Lease Assignment.
Forwarding Address
For current tenants who are going to move out. Please complete and return the Forwarding Address Form to our office at least 30-days before you are planning on vacating the unit.
Emotional Support Animal Request Form
If you have an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), please be sure to complete the Emotional Support Animal Request Form and submit it with your application. If you have trouble uploading it to your application, you may also submit it by email to info@MeridianGroupREM.com.
Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
If you have a pet, you must obtain approval from the management company to have the pet in the unit.
Visiting animals and pets are not allowed on the rental premises without prior approval from the management company.
30-Day Notice to Vacate
For current tenants who are going to move out. Please complete and return the 30-Day Notice to Vacate to our office at least 30-days before you are planning on vacating the unit.

Contact the Utilities Companies for helping you set up your utilities.
Gas
If you suspect a gas leak, please contact Southern California Gas Company immediately. Click here to find out who your gas provider is.
Also, contact the gas company if you need help on how to operate your gas heater.
Electric
If your power is out, please contact the Southern California Electric first to find out if it is a power outage. Click here to find out who your electricity provider is.
Change your Mailing Address

Renter’s Insurance
Meridian Group requires Renter’s Insurance to help protect you in the event of an accident or other event causing damage or loss to your personal belongings. Most insurance companies will provide you with a discount by bundling your renter’s insurance policy to another existing policy of yours, like an auto insurance policy. Please contact your insurance company for more information.
